How to Donate to Food Bank:  We are happy to accept donations during Food Bank days and times.  We accept canned and dried food with at least 3 months best before date. Our shopping list usually consists of:-

Tinned tomatoes, tinned meats, tinned meals (similar to the Fray Bentos type), long life milk, fruit cordial, cartons of fruit juice.

Nappies, toiletries, cleaning products such as washing up liquid,  antibacterial wipes and pet food.

Please Note: We are unable to accept clothing, goods, or bric a brac.

During the COVID-19 pandemic we began adding to the food parcels art and craft bags for the children.  These proved very popular and helped parents with home schooling.  We continue to supply these where there is a need.  We are most grateful for donations of new colouring pens/books/sticker books/ activity books and reading books.

Donations of money are very welcome to ensure we can continue to provide a food bank and top up supplies.  Cash, Cheques (payable to The Thomas Project) or online here www.give.net/20208681  or through Just Giving

We have a wonderful team of volunteers who work in our Food Bank all year round. They were there during the COVID-19 pandemic which was a very busy time for us.
